A new self-catering holiday home situated on a gentle hillside on the island of Evia, Greece with a beautiful panoramic sea view of the Evian gulf, olive groves & mountains. Near Politika, Psachna, Daphni. A 3 min. Drive to the sea.
Politika : Venetian Tower / Monastery (1025 a.D.) & Gorge / Look out point / Greek Orthodox church / Square with typical Greek café / Marina-pier etc. Psachna : Market / Folklore museum / Byzantine church etc. Daphni (Little Switzerland).

Prices
Prices are for 4 people. An extra two people can be accommodated in the living area at a cost of 50 Euro per week. Payment & cancellation policy/dates must be arranged with the owner.

the 2 bathrooms each have showers and toilets.
the open plan area includes the kitchen, dining & living room. A seperate pantry(storage) room is next to the kitchen. Washing machine(shared)
A/c, Mosquitoe nets throughout, Mobile Internet.
bath towels provided but not beach towels.
the owners who speak English, French, Greek & Afrikaans live on property and are there to assist you.
